Refund and Returns Policy

• All custom orders are final after approval
  No refund or exchange are permitted.

 

• Installation order cancellation
  Installation orders may be cancelled by email at [email protected] or by speaking with our representative over the phone at 604-276-9166 ONLY. All cancellations required at least 24 hrs notice before the scheduled installation date.

 

• All refund amount will be return as store credit (store credit will not be expired) or there will be a 5% processing fees apply when return into the initial payment. (Credit Card/ Paypal)
